K-9 PALS (K-9 Placement & Assistance League, Inc.) is the all-volunteer non-profit organization for dogs located at the Santa Barbara County Shelter. K-9 PALS works with County Animal Services to provide care and services to stray and abandoned dogs, and to find new homes for adoptable dogs accepted by Animal Services.
