Volunteer Coordinator

The Volunteer Coordinator plays an essential role supporting the ASAP Cats mission by recruiting and providing ongoing engagement, training, and recognition for volunteers in the shelter. Serving as the shelter’s liaison for members of the community interested in becoming involved with ASAP Cats, this position connects people with volunteer opportunities and provides outreach, education, and coordination for ASAP Cats volunteers. This position works closely with the entire organization to ensure a positive volunteer experience and promote our life-saving work in the community

Administrative Specialist

The Administrative Specialist provides administrative assistance, donor database management, data input and reporting, and activities related to development and the building/maintaining of relationships with stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include grant research, grant reporting, and assistance for the development and implementation of creative marketing campaigns.

Wellness Technician

Under the supervision of the Wellness Director and Shelter Veterinarian, the Wellness Technician provides daily veterinary and wellness care for all felines within the ASAP shelter and foster system. Responsibilities include conducting examinations, administering treatments and vaccinations, assisting with surgeries, maintaining accurate medical records, and supporting post-adoption medical follow-up.
